Mike Scovel's art has been an American tradition for over twenty five years. His unmistakable style of capturing the charm and character of rural America has sold millions of greeting cards, posters, coffee mugs and other gift items worldwide since 1978.

Easily one of the most diverse contemporary artists alive today, Mike has found equal success with fine art and what he likes

to call "fine art cartooning", in both painting and sculpture.With his wife, Dusti, Mike has traveled the country and along the way

met scores of interesting characters who have become subjects for many of Mike's hilarious cartoons and paintings.

His work has been featured in national publications including Southwest Art, The Saturday Evening Post, The American Cowboy

and Western Horseman and has been displayed in a number of museums including the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum

with permanent works in the Pro Rodeo Hall of Champions

and the Texas Ranger Hall of Fame.
